CRATE KEYS
Crate keys can be used in-game to open crates and receive random rewards. Rewards may include useful items, cosmetics, and other server bonuses depending on the crate type.
DELIVERY
Most purchases are delivered automatically after checkout. Please make sure you enter your Minecraft username correctly before purchasing. If your purchase does not arrive within 15–20 minutes, contact us on Discord with your payment proof.
PURCHASE POLICY
All purchases are digital products for the RastKits Minecraft server. Because these items are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be reviewed in cases such as duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or verified payment issues.
